The Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce of the United States of America (SACC-USA) cordially invites you to our flagship event, the Executive Forum on May 24, 2018 in Washington, D.C. The event is held in collaboration with the Embassy of Sweden.
The Executive Forum focuses on business opportunities in the Age of Disruption – the current era of sweeping changes brought about by innovation and technology. The Forum will also analyze the Trump Administration’s business agenda and provide insights into what the future might bring on the hot topics of trade tariffs, tax and net neutrality.
Sweden is high on the agenda in Washington, D.C. as this year marks 200 years of diplomatic relations between the United States and Sweden. The forum will be attended by world-renowned speakers, high level representation from the Swedish and the American Administration, as well as company executives from both countries. This year’s Executive Forum has attracted a high interest and we anticipate that the 85 seats at this year’s event will be fully booked earlier than last year.
The Executive Forum includes panels and round table discussions with government representatives, executives, political experts, and other stakeholders. The event will be conducted under the Chatham House Rules to encourage openness and information sharing. To conclude the day, a cocktail and dinner buffet reception will be hosted by H.E. Karin Olofsdotter, Ambassador of Sweden to the United States. Additionally, a private dinner cruise along the Potomac river will be hosted the night before the event.
